Holiday apartment with private garden in a four-family villa with 4 sleeping accommodations, 5.5 km from the sea of Versilia.
It is located in Capezzano Pianore of Camaiore, about 300 meters from the town center with many stores, including grocery stores, bars and tobacconists.
The sea and the beaches of Lido di Camaiore can be easily reached by car along the main road near the house.
Casa Elisa has a private entrance, through a manual driveway gate, and a private parking space in the garden.
The private garden, about 100sqm, is at complete disposal of the guests who can use the barbecue and the table for outdoor dining.
The apartment internally:
Ground floor: large living room with armchairs, two-seater sofa, TV, dining table and kitchen with dishwasher, oven and stove.
Bathroom with shower and washing machine.
First floor: single bedroom with balcony with garden view, double bedroom with balcony, further single bedroom, bathroom with tub/shower.
The vacation home Elisa also offers its guests WiFi Internet and air conditioning.
Small/medium sized pets are accepted on request.

Ekstra costs:
