"Premium Key West", 4-room bungalow 42 m2. Object suitable for 4 adults + 2 children. Bright, beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with dining table and TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). 1 children's room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Small, open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with bar. Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Terrace 18 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs (2). Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

For shared use: property 4 ha (fenced) with trees, natural garden, swimming pool heated, fenced (25 x 10 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, boccia, beach volleyball, children's playground. In the complex: reception, WiFi, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), bicycle rental.
