The Marina Azzurra Resort **** in Lignano is an innovative tourist complex consisting of 89 original houseboats and bungalows, a few steps from the Punta Verde Animal Park and 2500 meters from the sea.

Located in a unique natural setting in Italy, this is an enchanting place where you can enjoy an exclusive holiday, with all the services of a modern resort, including cleaning and change of towels every other day (except kitchenette) and change of bed linen every 7 days.

HOUSEBOAT & BUNGALOW

The modern houseboats, inspired by the typical fishermen's houses of the Upper Adriatic, are divided into 3 types: Garden Bungalows, located in the garden of the complex, Houseboat Lagoon, moored in the quiet inner harbor, and Houseboat River, moored on the banks of the Tagliamento River.

Spread over two floors with a total area of ??65 m2 and 2 terraces, they can accommodate up to 6 people with their two bedrooms and are equipped with every comfort, including a fully equipped kitchenette.

The resort is also pet friendly, so your four-legged friend can be the protagonist of your next holiday by the sea.

CLUBHOUSE: RESTAURANT & BAR

The heart of the complex is the 3-deck boat "Emerald River", which moors on the river bank and offers a unique panoramic view of the unspoilt nature.

On the 2 covered decks, the restaurant with buffet service offers a rich breakfast and a delicious dinner, with the possibility of a take-away or delivery service to enjoy meals "at home".

Via an app marked with a QR code at the reception and in each accommodation, you can order either your favorite breakfast or an excellent dinner with fresh food.

On the upper deck, in the open air, the splendid Sky Cocktail Lounge Bar is an exceptional meeting point for an unforgettable aperitif at sunset, both for guests of the Marina Azzurra Resort and for visitors looking for something special.

Once a week the ship sets off for a pleasant excursion to discover the Alpine river and its unusual landscapes through its emerald green waters.

SWIMMING POOL & SOLARIUM

Enchanting swimming pools for adults and children, a hydromassage area, water games with neck jets and a solarium with comfortable deck chairs and umbrellas, offer the ideal atmosphere for days of absolute relaxation.

Since 2023 this area will be enriched by a kiosk - snack bar and mini-market - so you can enjoy maximum comfort and not lose a moment of your day by the pool.

SPORT & RENTAL

For the more active guests, the complex has a large green area with a multifunctional court: football, tennis, volleyball, basketball, petanque and table tennis.

Bicycles, e-bikes and electric boats can be rented to explore the surrounding area.

For water sports enthusiasts, kayak and SUP rental and organized kayak excursions are a must.

The “Lagoon” houseboats are located in the inner dock. Ideal for those who prefer calmer waters without straying from the river ambience.
On the shore of the dock there are native green plant species that recall the color nuances of the lagoon.
