The apartment is located in the historic center of Portoferraio, a very ancient city and the island's main town, which offers walks in settings of historic charm between its mighty walls from the Medici era, which, with the beauty of its dock and the fortresses that tower above it, and its many evening venues, is the island's main town. In addition to its many historical cues, Portoferraio, offers some of the most beautiful beaches on the island: from its white pebble coves and unmistakable turquoise waters, to the splendid sandy beaches that with the sirocco seem to take us to a Caribbean setting.

The apartment is located on the second floor of one of the historic buildings in the center, and overlooks the inner lanes. It consists of large living area with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bedroom with 2 single beds, and bathroom with shower. The house has no private parking space, but there are public parking lots in the immediate vicinity.

- deposit (compulsory): 150 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after viewing the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euro per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on the spot
- check-in at our offices from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and check-out by 9:00 a.m.; for check-in after 8:00 p.m., an additional fee of €50.00 must be paid
