Villa Franco is an independent villa with a private swimming pool. Far from the city chaos, the villa is the perfect solution for a relaxing, quiet and regenerating holiday and an excellent starting point for discovering the surrounding area rich in natural and cultural beauty.

Villa Franco is surrounded by a beautiful, well-kept and fenced garden and offers its guests a splendid private swimming pool (4x8 1.50m) where they can relax, read a book, all in complete privacy. The patio overlooking the pool is equipped with table and chairs. The outdoor area surrounding the house is ideal for barbecues. For the little ones, there's a play area.
Four-legged friends are welcome.

Pisa airport is 48 km away and the sea of Versilia with its famous beaches can be reached in half an hour.

Villa Franco is on the ground floor with a dining area and a separate fully equipped kitchen.

There are also four double bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers.

In the villa there are several amenities to ensure a comfortable stay including wi-fi connection, air conditioning hot/cold, Smart TV, washing machine and dishwasher.
