In the heart of the Tuscan countryside, not far from Arezzo, Florence, Siena and the Chianti area, this property immersed in the luxurious green of a 3-hectare botanical garden, Fattoria Della Nave is the ideal place to rest and for nature lovers.

The botanical garden make this property UNIQUE. The Parco Della Nave is an "English" garden , which means a garden free in forms and arrangements, projected and created after the mid-Eighteenth Century by the botanic Ferdinando Della Nave. Various species of exotic plants from colonial domains were introduced into European florist markets in 18th and 19th Centuries: the Parco Della Nave is a typical demonstration of a private and very interesting Botanic Collection now part of the National patrimony.

Our units are dislocated in a 18th Century Villa and in the ancient "casale" (old farmhouse), which are fully restored according to the typical Tuscan style. The property offer a quiet place to rest and enjoy one's holiday immersed in the Tuscan countryside. Pool area, BBQ and a common hall for tastings and cooking school are just some of the features that this property offers.

On the first floor of this characterful rural farm house, Francesca is a very authentic Tuscan accommodation located in the property of the Fattoria Della Nave's botanical park (1857). Set in idyllic surroundings in the Tuscan countryside between Arezzo and Florence, this is the perfect destination for complete relaxation and peace of mind.

A very spacious open plan kitchen and dining, and the living room with the old fireplace will enchant you by entering the unit.
The two large bedrooms overlook the surrounding countryside of the farmhouse, for a real Tuscan experience and a very peaceful rest. Bathroom with shower and laundry facilities.

Any damage to the property or its contents will be covered with security deposit;
If after check out the property is left in critical conditions, or if the house keepers/cleaners will identify and report a difficult or especially dirty premises during the final cleaning, an extra cleaning fee will be charged from the security deposit (16€/ extra hour).
The claim will be reported with clear proof before to proceed to the charge.
