Exit to the garden. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom. Large living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, radio and CD-player. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave). Bath/shower/WC. Top floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 4 beds and TV (flat screen). Large balcony, terrace. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (roofed). Please note: non-smokers only. Königsleiten: Very beautiful, comfortable chalet "Königsleiten 2", 1'600 m a.s.l.. 200 m from the centre of Königsleiten, in a quiet, sunny position, 3 km from the lake, in the countryside. Private: garden. In the house: central heating system. Motor access to the house. Stepped path to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 200 m, restaurant, bus stop "Dorfbahn" 0.4 km, railway station "Krimml" 5.5 km, ferry "Seespitz / Achenseebahn" 35.8 km, bathing lake 3 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, ski lift 200 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zillertal Arena. Attention: for bookings which are longer then 14 days an extra cleaning has to be paid on spot.
