Its location between Florence and Siena allows you to reach all the main tourist destinations: Florence 30 minutes away and Siena 20 minutes away. It is close to smaller villages such as San Gimignano, Monteriggioni and Radda in Chianti.

The outdoor spaces are characterised by a large lawn garden with a beautiful swimming pool measuring 5.5 metres x 11 metres, with a depth varying from 0.50 to 1.4 metres. The pool is surrounded by a wooden floor and equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor shower.

The interior spaces are arranged on two levels. It has two bedrooms, one double and one twin, and two bathrooms It has direct access to an exclusive garden. The air-conditioned flat offers a flat-screen TV with satellite channels

On the ground floor of the flat there is a living area and a fully equipped kitchen and a service bathroom.

On the first floor there is a twin bedroom, a double bedroom and a full bathroom with shower.

Outside there is a small equipped area belonging to the flat.
