The outdoor spaces are characterised by a large lawn garden with a beautiful swimming pool measuring 5.5 metres x 11 metres, with a depth varying from 0.50 to 1.4 metres. The pool is surrounded by a wooden floor and equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor shower.

It has direct access to an exclusive outdoor area. The air-conditioned flat offers a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.
