Two double bedrooms (each furnished with a double bed) are complemented by a modern fitted shower room with WC. Outside, the private garden offers a lovely family-friendly setting and can be directly accessed from the living room. Plus, the apartment has Wi-Fi access and free guest parking for added convenience.

Located in Porlezza on Lake Lugano, the 3-bedroom retreat is situated within the park of the Porto Letizia holiday residence. The shared family-friendly park features meandering footpaths, a communal beach with SUP and watersport hire, two children’s play areas and the main Palazzo building with on-site reception, stylish café bar, contemporary Panama Italian restaurant and more.
From the resort’s central location along ‘Via Prati’, guests will easily be able to reach the town amenities, the bus and ferry links and the main lake road of Porlezza (2-5 minutes walk away). Perfect for a fun and varied holiday on the Italian-Swiss Lakes, the resort is within easy driving distance from the year-round lake capital of Lugano and the picturesque small city of Menaggio on Lake Como (22-28 minutes drive away).
The additional service charge is 110.

Cleaning & Linen Charges:
Each Porto Letizia property tariff is inclusive of gas, electricity, water & air-conditioning (A/C only available in the Palazzo Apartment and only in July and August), however tea towels & beach towels are not supplied.
Linen/towels are €12 per person.
Tourist tax: € 2,00 per person per night.
This property has a minimum stay of 3 nights. During peak season the minimum stay is of 5 nights.
On arrival you can hire a baby-cot for €20, a highchair for €15 and an extra bed for €85. Pets are allowed and cost an additional €30.
You will be asked to leave a €200 deposit at the reception to cover accidental damages. If you accept the damage waiver at the time of booking you will not be asked for this deposit.
Internet is freely available, but only in the common area.
