Located in the main Palazzo building in Porto Letizia, the centrally-heated penthouse features 2 floors, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the lower level of the penthouse is the living room with a double sofa bed, direct access to a private balcony, a well-equipped kitchen-diner for 6 and a double bedroom. On the upper level of the apartment is the second bedroom with a double bed.
On each floor, there is a bathroom with a shower for your convenience, and the apartment has one WC with a bidet.
Wi-Fi and free parking are also available.

Location
The apartment is located in the main Palazzo building of Porto Letizia in Porlezza, on the northeastern shore of Lake Lugano. The Palazzo enjoys an on-site reception area with Wi-Fi, a stylish café bar, contemporary the restaurant Osteria del Porto and more. The family-friendly resort also features a shared public, pet-friendly park with footpaths, a communal beach with SUP and watersport hire, two children's play areas and a beach with a lake-view restaurant.
From the resort’s central location along ‘Via Prati’, guests will easily be able to reach the town amenities, the bus and ferry links and the main lake road of Porlezza and its historic town centre (2-5 minutes walk away). Perfect for a fun and varied holiday on the Italian-Swiss Lakes, the resort is within easy driving distance from the year-round lake capital of Lugano and the picturesque small city of Menaggio on Lake Como, with the famous Menaggio Cadenabbia and golf club (22-28 minutes drive away).
The nearest international airport is Milan Malpensa, located about 1.5 hour's drive from the complex.

Each Porto Letizia property tariff is inclusive of gas, electricity, water & air-conditioning (A/C only available in the Palazzo Apartment and only in July and August), however tea towels & beach towels are not supplied.
Linen/towels are €12 per person.
Tourist tax: € 2,00 per person per night.
This property has a minimum stay of 3 nights. During peak season the minimum stay is of 5 nights.
On arrival you can hire a baby-cot for €20, a highchair for €15 and an extra bed for €85. Pets are allowed and cost an additional €30.
You will be asked to leave a €200 deposit at the reception to cover accidental damages. If you accept the damage waiver at the time of booking you will not be asked for this deposit.
Internet is freely available, but only in the common area.
