Having undergone a recent 5* refurbishment, the villa is adorned with all the latest mod cons and is decorated in a luxury boutique-style, elegantly enhanced by a tasteful contemporary twist. Air-conditioning features to all of the principal reception rooms and bedrooms, for added comfort in the warmer months. Other mod con features include flat screen TVs to all bedrooms and the kitchen, alongside a home cinema system to the living area, free landline telephone calls to the USA and ADSL WIFI access.

To the ground floor, an inviting hallway leads to a beautiful and generously proportioned drawing room, which is lavishly furnished with sumptuous seating for 15 and is complemented by the radiant ambience of an open fireplace. An equally large dining room offers a stylish setting in which to entertain, with a fireplace on hand for wintertime stays and easy access from here to a separate fully equipped kitchen. Perfectly suited for accommodating carefree meals-in, lavish year-round dinner parties and catering for special occasions, the luxury state-of-the-art kitchen also benefits from a wood-burning pizza oven; for an authentic taste of Italy!

The ground floor is further complemented by a convenient powder room and an easily accessible luxury king size bedroom, which is perfectly suited as a guest bedroom, with an en suite shower room and a small private terrace.

To the first floor luxury sleeping accommodation continues to delight, with four further bedrooms. Couples can easily relax and enjoy a tempting lie-in to the two double bedrooms. Both of these bedrooms feature a luxury en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower with massage system and a small private terrace. One of these suites is furnished with a queen size bed, whilst a king size bed features to the other. Two twin bedrooms to the same floor offer a welcome touch of flexibility. Within the romantic ambience that is encapsulated by the sloping ceilings of the upper loft, a single bedroom with en-suite shower room features. For added convenience, two baby cots and two high chairs can easily be provided for families staying.

Upon arrival at the villa, guests will be made to feel right at home. From the villa a pedestrian path (of Roman origin and measuring a distance of 800m) leads downhill to the centre of Argegno. The ancient lakeside town offers an idyllic setting in which to enjoy an authentic morning coffee, alfresco meal or evening ‘Aperitivo’. The ancient town also benefits from grocery shops, boat mooring, a bus service and passenger ferry service to Como.

From Argegno, guests are perfectly placed to reach the famous villas, Lidos and golden triangle resort towns of the central lake, in less than 10 minutes by car. The local surroundings also offer easy access to breathtaking hiking routs, water sports, boat rental and the prestigious golf clubs of Villa D’Este and Menaggio & Cadenabbia. The transport links and cultural attractions of Como (27 minutes), Milan (1 hour) and Lugano (42 minutes) are also within easy driving distance.
