From its breathtaking hillside location in Perledo, the modern residence is within easy driving distance of the modern amenities, water sports and Lecco-Milan train links available in nearby Bellano.

The popular Central Lake resort of Varenna is also perfectly within reach, just 8 minute’s drive away. Here guests can soak up the Lido, enjoy the romantic cafe-lined lakeside and explore the timeless appeal of its stepped cobbled streets and pastel coloured townhouses. On a fine day, guests can also enjoy visiting the botanical lakefront garden of Villa Monastero, or take the hillside hiking trail up to the medieval Castello di Vezio; which is home to medieval re-enactments, falconry displays and a breathtaking lake view picnic spot.

From Varenna, a frequent car and passenger ferry service operates between the famous ‘golden triangle’ resort towns; making Bellagio, Tremezzina and Menaggio within easy reach for sightseeing and daytime enjoyment.
