It is quite spacious and divided into a sitting area with a double sofa bed and a TV and a kitchen-diner. The kitchen has been planned while keeping in mind guests’ comforts. Therefore, it has a coffee machine, a dishwasher, an oven, a toaster, a cooker hob, a fridge with a freezer and an electric kettle.

The house is located in the historic center of Salò, just a few steps from the lakefront. In fact, guests can peer down the central street of Salò from the living room window. This street leads to the main square where boats are docked. On the ground floor of the building, there is a brewery. All the necessary amenities such as restaurants, shops and supermarkets are within easy walking distance. For those who would love the game of tennis, there is a tennis club within a kilometer of the house. The lakefront is a few meters from here where guests can sit on the benches or take a stroll while soaking in the pleasant lake town views. The nearest beach is about 10 minutes from the house.
 
Lovers of art and history can visit the new museum of Salò (5 minutes on foot) called "MUSA", as well as stroll along the shopping streets and the famous "Vittoriale degli Italiani", home of Gabriele D'Annunzio in Gardone Riviera. (2 km).
 
The holiday apartment is a superb base for exploring various locations in the upper lake region Gargnano (8km), Limone sul Garda (15 km) and the brand new cycle-pedestrian promenade overlooking the lake, Toscolano Maderno (3 km), from where one can also take a car or ferry ride to reach the Veronese shore and discover the beauties of Peschiera del Garda (40 km) with its famous playground, Bardolino and the DOC groppello.
