The perfect solution for accommodating decadent year-round stays, the villa’s beautiful reception rooms (which still retain original period details, frescoes and architectural features) feature alongside all the must-have mod cons, a fully-equipped chef’s kitchen with formal dining room and outside dining terraces for your private enjoyment.

The luxury villa easily accommodates the versatile demands of large parties, groups and families – with 10 air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms easily sleeping groups of 20.

The luscious landscaped grounds are adorned by an arboretum of trees, a sweeping lake view lawn, a fabulous outdoor pool, tennis court and a variety of scenic sheltered terraces. Boat mooring and parking are also on hand for your convenience.

Sleeping

Ideally-suited for groups of 20, the villa provides 9-10 bedroom suites. All benefitting from air-conditioning, a small private wall safe, luxury en-suite and a timeless luxurious décor, guests will easily be able to unwind and enjoy a restful night’s sleep. Of the 10 bedrooms, one is furnished with standard double beds whilst the remaining 9 are furnished with joinable twin beds (set out as couple-friendly doubles; which can be separated if needed).

Bathing

Three of the beautiful bedrooms suites boast an en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath tub and walk-in shower. Three bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms each fitted with a classic-style bath tub and walk-in-shower. The remaining four bedrooms feature an en suite bathroom with walk-in-shower (one is located to the ground floor, making it ideal for disabled guests).

Additional

For added convenience the villa benefits from air-conditioning to living, dining room and all bedrooms as well as hairdryers, universal shaver plugs and private laundry and ironing facilities. For guests’ entertainment too, the WIFI-enabled villa is also equipped with a satellite TV, a music stereo and on the 2nd floor a fitness area with several equipment's together with an American pool table. A tennis court and large heated swimming pool (mid May till mid September) also await guests’ enjoyment in the private landscaped grounds.

At the back of the villa an ancient cellar with vaulted stone ceiling offers an impressive selection of regional, Italian and international wines.
