Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with open-hearth fireplace. 1 double bedroom. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/bidet/WC. On the lower ground floor: kitchen-/living room (oven, 4 gas rings). Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Upper floor: ceiling height 180 cm with rooflight with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 french bed (120 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/bidet/WC. Wood heating. Heating available only from 15.10. to 30.04.
