Very nice 3 room holiday house (61 m2) in Vimmerby with room for 4 people.


Our holiday home is located in Hylta in a spacious holiday home area not far from Vimmerby. It is approx. 61 square metres in size, has a 12 square metre alcove and a covered terrace of approx. 20 square metres, is situated in the forest on a natural plot and is suitable for 4 people. The interior is lovingly and cosily decorated and newly furnished. Layout: the house has two bedrooms, each with 2 beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. In the living room with large seating area there is an electric fireplace and a flat screen TV. Bathroom with shower and WC. Electric heating available. Pets are not allowed, also no small animals. Last renovated in 2020, a new kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher was installed. The house's own rowing boat is about 800 metres away on the lake, which is equipped with a bathing platform and a barbecue hut. A fishing licence is not required at our lake!!! The sauna house is closed in summer, as it was unfortunately used as a playhouse and storage room. If you would like to use the sauna during the rest of the year, please book in advance.
