7-room house 250 m2 on 2 levels. Bright, modern and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with dining table and TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom with bath/bidet/WC and double hand-basin. Exit to the garden. Living room. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace. 2 showers/bidet/WC, double hand-basin. On the lower ground floor: 1 room, without window with 1 french bed (160 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 pull-out bed (1 pers.). Shower/bidet/WC, double hand-basin. Upper floor: 1 room with Dressing room with 1 french bed (160 cm), shower/bidet/WC. (open staircase), 1 open room with 2 beds (100 cm, length 200 cm). Air-conditioning. No heating option. Parquet floors. Terrace 30 m2, roofed terrace 50 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. No internal connecting door between the separated properties. Small driving range on the private estate. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, the annex will not be available for use.

Private: property 2'000 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 26.Apr. - 27.Sep.). Appendino House, consisting of a main house and a dependence, is located on the edge of a golf course (currently closed, as of July 2024) in a new development area (currently no construction activity).
