Ideally located a short walk from both the sea and local shops, this first-floor studio retreat is the perfect retreat for two and a brilliant base from which to explore the beautiful beaches, crystal-clear waters and picturesque landscapes of northern Sardinia.

The apartment features a covered balcony with a table and chairs where guests can enjoy shady meals al fresco with views across the resort to the Island of Tavolara.

The open-plan living space incorporates a small kitchen and is furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, a dining table and chairs. The kitchen is well-equipped with a Moka coffee machine, a cooker hob, an oven and a fridge freezer.

Location

The property is located in Porto San Paolo within a marine protected area on the northeastern coastline of Sardinia.

The town centres around a small marina (an 8-minute walk) where visitors can catch a ferry to visit Tavolara and other nearby islands. Visitors can also enjoy the many boutiques, restaurants and bars here. There are several nearby beaches, accessible by foot, that are great places for snorkelling. (Spiaggia Pizzichina Corallina is an 11-minute drive and Spiaggia di Porto San Paolo a 15-minute walk).

Two of Northern Sardinia’s most famous beaches are within easy reach, La Cinta (a 15-minute drive) and Lu Impostu (an 11-minute drive) and Capo Coda Cavallo a striking headland renowned for its dramatic cliffs and idyllic coves is also within easy reach. Often referred to as the "Tahiti of Sardinia" here you can explore the hidden beaches of Cala Brandinchi and Salina Bamba (both a 15-minute drive away). There are also many sporting activities available nearby including; surfing, diving, horse riding, tennis and golf.

Olbia airport is a 20-minute drive from the property whilst the Port of Olbia is approximately a 25-minute drive from the accommodation.
