If you are looking for a villa reminiscent of the Tuscan peasant tradition, Villa Malvasia is the residence for you. It is a typical stone villa that has been renovated keeping intact the characteristics of the farmhouses of the past: the large fireplaces, wooden beams, terracotta floors, accompanied by the stylish furnishings, old ceramics and local antiques will welcome you in a warm atmosphere of bygone times, familiar and welcoming.

The spacious outdoor areas, at your disposal, with views of the surrounding rolling hills covered with vineyards and cultivated fields, the beautiful swimming pool with Roman staircase (dimensions 8x14 m. - open from 01st May to 30th September) and for your exclusive use, will allow you to spend a wonderful, relaxing holiday in front of the beauty of the Tuscan landscape.

The nearby village of Monte San Savino offers you typical restaurants and shops of all kinds and is the venue for festivals, events and folklore events throughout the year. We recommend an aperitif or dinner in the small cobbled streets of the village and certainly a visit to the historical centre, the historic town hall and the hanging gardens.
Next to the villa are the stables of the owners, who have always been horse breeders, where you will have the opportunity to admire the splendid thoroughbred colts, training with their riders in show jumping. The property accepts small pets.

GROUND FLOOR: entrance through terrace furnished with table and chairs for outdoor meals, on a living room with fireplace, kitchen, wide living-dining room with fireplace, sitting room with sofas and TV, small bathroom (WC, washbasin and bidet).
FIRST FLOOR: with entrance through internal stone staircase, bathroom with bath, bathroom with shower, wide living room with fireplace and sofas, two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms.
Possibility to add two single beds on the first floor living room.

Breakage deposit Euro 300 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay).
During their stay, should travellers cause any damage to the property, they will be liable for the associated costs.
It is not possible to recharge electric cars at the house, but it is necessary to go to charging stations located a few kilometres away.
Obligatory final cleaning Euro 200.
Small size pets are welcome on paymetn of Euro 5 each per day.
Heating Euro 20 per day (if used).
