Surrounded by a meticulously maintained private garden, Villa Yvonne offers a serene escape with:
? Fenced private pool (12 x 7 m, depth: 1.20 - 2.50 m), open from May to September, equipped with sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor shower, and a lounge area with a large gazebo and plush sofas.
? Multiple relaxation zones, including a charming garden seating area with a cozy corner sofa and an elegant breakfast gazebo for 6 guests.
? Private, secure parking for up to 4 vehicles.

While the villa shares its main entrance with the owner, who resides in a separate adjacent property, all outdoor areas, including the pool and garden, are for the exclusive use of guests, ensuring complete privacy.

Elegant & Spacious Interiors
Spanning two floors, Villa Yvonne is designed with comfort in mind, featuring air conditioning in all bedrooms and the kitchen, high-speed WiFi, and mosquito nets on all windows.

Ground Floor:
A bright and elegant living area, tastefully furnished with comfortable sofas, a decorative fireplace (non-functional), and a TV.
A fully equipped gourmet kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer with a wine cellar, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee machine, stove, and a decorative fireplace (non-functional). The kitchen features a dining table for 12 guests, plus an additional table for 4.
Direct access to the external courtyard from both the kitchen and living room.
A bathroom with a shower.
A laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board.

First Floor – The Sleeping Quarters:
The upper level of the villa is dedicated to rest and relaxation, offering:
? Two quadruple bedrooms with mezzanines (each featuring 1 double bed + 2 single beds) with ensuite bathrooms (bathtub & shower).
? Two double bedrooms, perfect for couples or solo travelers.
? One additional double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom (bathtub & shower).
? Two bedrooms are equipped with TVs, and one of the quadruple bedrooms features a luxurious hot tub.
? A fully equipped gym with a TV and various fitness equipment, including a treadmill, exercise bike, multi-gym, and weights.

For families traveling with young children, the villa provides three high chairs and a baby cot free of charge. Pets are not allowed.

Rates & Conditions
Included in the price: Water, gas, electricity, WiFi, and regular maintenance of the house, garden, and pool.
Not included: Final cleaning (€500). Tourist tax (varies by location, typically between €0.50 – €4.00 per person per night for up to 7 nights, excluding minors, payable upon arrival).
Security deposit: €800 (credit card), refundable at check-out upon inspection.
