Surrounded by a two-hectare garden adorned with Mediterranean plants, olive groves, lemon groves, and fruit trees, Villa Liliana offers a serene outdoor oasis. The private pool measures 8 x 12 meters and ranges from 20 cm to 2.2 meters deep, complete with chairs, deck chairs, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower area with a bathroom. The 2000-square-meter private garden features shaded areas under trees and an old lemon tree pergola, furnished with a table, chairs, parasols, deck chairs, sun loungers, and a children's play area offering stunning sea views.

Villa Liliana boasts a meticulously designed layout across three floors, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. The upper floor features a spacious 150-square-meter private terrace with seating areas, an outdoor shower, and a portable barbecue, offering breathtaking views of the sea and Capri. The dining room can accommodate up to 24 guests and includes a television with satellite channels, a DVD player, and a CD player, while the professional kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and access to the terrace. The first bedroom on this floor has a double bed (or two singles upon request), a television, air conditioning, heating, and direct access to the terrace with sea views.

On the middle floor, you'll find a shaded second terrace with a gazebo, a veranda with sofas and a television, and six bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms, kitchenettes, televisions, air conditioning, heating, and balconies or French windows offering scenic views. The lower floor comprises a third terrace, a living room with a grand piano (decorative), a dining area, and three additional bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, kitchenettes, patios or French windows, air conditioning, and heating. A guest bathroom and laundry area with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board are also conveniently located on this floor.
