The 25 m2 flat consists of a single building with kitchen and dining area, double bed and separate bathroom. Outside there is a covered pergola with barbecue, pizza oven and large dining table and other garden furniture. A carport is at your disposal. The flat is ideal for 2 people, possibly with a child. The house's own 13 metre offshore sailing yacht can be booked for day trips for fishing, snorkelling or sailing courses.
