Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, 2 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra) with small dining table. Exit to the terrace. Sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Electric heating. Large terrace 30 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (8), box-room. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.

Private: large garden (fenced) with lawn 700 m2 trees, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 100 - 170 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase and shutter cover. Table tennis, terrace, garden furniture. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 7.5 km.
