Villa Collinette comprises two buildings: the Main Villa and the Pool House, offering ample space for up to 10 guests.

Main Villa:

Ground Floor: Kitchen with access to the outside (main entrance), Dining room; Few steps down to: Small bathroom, Sitting Room with fireplace and access to the outside; Few steps up to staircase landing with access to the outside.
First Floor: Double bedroom with bathroom with shower, Staircase landing with access to the outside; Few steps up to: Master bedroom with bathroom featuring a bathtub, shower, and walk-in closet.

Pool House:
Ground Floor: Kitchen with access to the outside (main entrance), Living room with fireplace and access to the outside, Double bedroom with bathroom with shower and access to the outside, Double bedroom with bathroom with shower and access to the outside.

Other Information
Access to Villa Collinette is through the Antognolla Golf Course, followed by a 3 km stretch of white gravel road. While the roads are in good condition, they can occasionally be steep and have loose stones, typical of country roads. As such, they may not be suitable for low-height or sports cars. Please exercise caution when driving to the villa.
