Ground floor : entrance, large and bright living space with large windows made up of a living room (TV) with a dining area with outdoor access, kitchen (cooktop, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, espresso coffee maker, toaster), wc, study with outdoor access, double bedroom (bed dimensions: 180 x 200 cm) with a private bathroom with shower.
Lower floor: 2 double bedrooms (bed dimensions: 180 x 200 cm) with walk-in closet and private bathroom with bathtub and with shower, 1 bedroom with two single beds (bed dimensions: 120 x 200 cm) with walk-in closet and private bathroom with shower.

The bedrooms are very bright and all have outdoor access (including those on the lower floor).

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
