This beautiful villa rental is made up of a main house (6/8 people) and an annex (2 people) in front of the pool, just a few meters from each other. In total it can comfortably accommodate up to 8/10 people thanks to 5 bedrooms (one is in a loft).

It is nestled in a large, well-tended garden with traditional dry stone walls, and offers a sunbathing area with a beautiful private pool; outdoors there is also a terrace with a barbecue, chairs and table where you can dine outside, relax, and enjoy your one-of-a-kind vacation in Sicily.

This all makes the property a perfect base for exploring the treasures of southeastern Sicily: on your vacation don’t miss the small cities of Scicli, Modica, Noto, Syracuse and Marina di Ragusa. Also within easy reach and worth a visit for their natural beauty are the Cavagrande del Cassibile and Vendicari nature reserves; Donnafugata Castle, and the charming seaside villages of Marzamemi and Portopalo di Capo Passero.

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
