Exit to the terrace. 1 large room with 1 sofabed and 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. Kitchen 12 m2 (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Tassimo) extra). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Large terrace 70 m2, terrace 30 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs. Marvellous view of the sea and the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Private: property 1'420 m2, well-kept terraced garden (fenced), swimming pool angular, heated (8 x 3 m, depth 80 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 01.Oct.). Table tennis, boules, terrace (70 m2), garden furniture, barbecue house, parking. Grocery 1.5 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 2.7 km, sandy beach "Plage domaine privé Cala d'Oro" 900 m (small).
