It is located near Scicli, the spectacular Baroque town on the UNESCO World Heritage list, and offers panoramic views. The natural park that surrounds the villa offers tranquility and privacy, and has picturesque, traditional dry stone walls.

This rural building complex has recently been renovated with top class natural materials, and converted into an exclusive private country estate.

The tourist tax is applicable for the first 7 days of stay (not applicable to children under 12 years)

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
