On the lower ground floor: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (1 x 130 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (mini-oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Terrace 7 m2. Terrace furniture. View of the garden. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.
Coudalère 5 km from Barcarès centre: As part of the water restriction measures linked to the drought in some of our departments, please note that the rental swimming pool may be closed by prefectural decree. Set of residences with 3 heated swimming pools including 1 children's pool, 1 10m/15m pool and a 25m/15m pool (open from 15.04 to 15.10) free of charge and 5 paying tennis courts.
