The property is located in the West of the Island of Gozo, a 6-minute walk from the centre of the village of Kercem and a 13-minute walk from the centre of Gozo’s capital Victoria (also known as Rabat). The closest restaurant is a 7-minute walk and there is a supermarket a 5-minute walk away.

Known for its rural charm Kercem is one of the larger villages on the island and is surrounded by the most beautiful inland landscapes. Guests can enjoy the picturesque Lunzjata Valley (a 20-minute walk/5-minute drive), the green hills of “tal-Mixta” (a 25-minute drive), “Ghar Ilma” (a 25-minute walk), “ta’ Dbiegi” (a 50-minute walk) and the Xlendi cliffs (a 10-minute drive).

Beach lovers can head to Xlendi Beach (a 7-minute drive), Gorgun Beach (a 10-minute drive) or Mgarr ix-Xini (a 15-minute drive).
