The property is ideally located in the charming seaside town of Izola the town has an authentic fishing village atmosphere and blends Venetian history with Mediterranean flavours. The marina is less than a 10-minute walk and offers opportunities for boat tours along the Slovenian and Croatian coastline. For sun-seekers, Svetilnik Beach (a 6-minute drive) and Simonov Zaliv (a 10-minute walk) provide crystal-clear waters ideal for swimming. Outdoor enthusiasts can cycle the scenic Parenzana Trail (a 50-minute drive) or hike to Strunjan Nature Reserve (a 15-minute walk), famous for its dramatic cliffs and salt pans.
