It is a 25 minutes drive from the city of Trieste, 40 minutes from the Croatian city of Rijeka(Fiume) and seaside resort Opatija(Abbazia). The Slovenian medieval coastal town is 40 minutes away and Ljubljana, Slovenia's capital, is 1 hour away.

The villa was a former dairy built in 1902 which serviced the city of Trieste at the times of the Austro-Hungarian Empire and The Kingdom of Italy. It has been carefully renovated retaining it old world charm and ideal for a families, group of friends or interest groups. Each room is spacious.
There are 6 bedrooms , huge semi-professional kitchen, lounge with fire place and large dining facilities for 12 people.

The outdoor area is very spacious and secluded from the village which provides the guest with total privacy.There is ample parking with grill and vast garden and terraces.
