Exit to the terrace. 2 double bedrooms, each room with 1 double bed. Walk-through room with 1 double bed. Bath/shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 3 beds. Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 5 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, grill, cooking island) with dining table. Shower/WC. Heating. Terrace furniture. Marvellous view of the lake, the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. In a quiet, sunny, elevated position, from the lake, 500 m from the river, in the countryside. Private: small garden with lawn, pond. Terrace, garden furniture.
