The proximity of PAIMPOL, the island of BREHAT, the Trieux estuary and the GR34 customs path (it passes in front of the house) are the guarantee of a successful holiday in a place where you don't come by chance. It is the starting point for many excursions.

JUST LIKE A BOAT: ALL LIVING ROOMS OVERlook THE SEA/ THE PORT/ THE BEACH The ground floor covers approximately 100 m² and consists of the following rooms: a living room with fireplace + Lounge with very large table + Bar, a large flat-screen TV e; next to the living room there is a fully-equipped fitted kitchen + large utility room with all the equipment listed for large parties or invitations. Upstairs you have 4 cocooning bedrooms overlooking the sea + 1 other as an option.
From your bed you can enjoy the view as if you were on a boat.

The beach is at the foot of the house. There is also a sailing school at the foot of the house, as well as 2 restaurants. The town of PAIMPOL is 9 kms away and Saint QUAY PORTRIEUX is 12 kms away.
L'ILE DE BREAT is 20 minutes away by car.
A visit to PORTRIEUX and LEZARDRIEUX is a must.

The house has a high chair for small children. The person on site will provide you with information on all the activities/outings/restaurants in the area. There is a sailing school/boat parking for a small sailboat, for example/ a harbour where you can moor your boat if you book early in the year.
