Very nice 2 room holiday house (120 m2) in Ylitornio with room for 7 people.

95 km to the north from Tornio, 30 km to the northeast from the center of Ylitornio, lake Syväjärvi 10 m (length 0,6 km, width 0,3 km), pier, rapidly deepening beach, beach in front of leant-to is a bit lower, hard bottom, own rowing boat.

Planed log cabin, built in 1995. Facilities on three floors, sauna, washroom, spacious room with 2 beds and separate WC on the ground floor.
Living room with sofa bed for one person, kitchen (no door), balcony and WC on the mid floor.
4 single beds and balcony on the spacious upper floor.

A lean-to on the beach with a fire pit and barbecue area in front. Quiet location without neighbors. You can swim directly from the sauna.
There is a geothermal heating in the cabin, floor heating in ground floor. There is so called immediately ready electric sauna stove in the sauna.

Kreivilä is a well-equipped villa with high ceiling. Windows and balconies provide beautiful views to the lake Syväjärvi and to the Fells behind it.

Due to many springs in the bottom of the lake, water temperature in the lake is quite low. Lots of perches and pikes in the lake Syväjärvi. Good salmon catching areas in river Tornionjoki are well reachable from this cabin, for example, illustrious Kattilakoski is within 15 km distance.

Aavasaksa fell and ski resort 20 km, Svanstein Ski on the Swedish side of the border 25 km, ski trails of the Ainiovaara ski resort 30 km. The border crossing point to Sweden 22 km. Matarengi on the Swedish side 24 km (shops, restaurant and others).
Kreivilä can also be reached by public transport. The owner can pick you up from the bus stop if necessary. Please contact directly to the owner. Owner also offers transportation services to the different destinations.
