The open-plan living area is full of light thanks to the large French windows which open out onto a shaded balcony. The balcony is furnished with a sofa and a café-style table and chairs for enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of wine al fresco.

Back inside, a modern orange sofa adds a pop of colour to the elegant white living room. There is also a flat-screen tv and extensive storage. The dining table seats 4 people and is next to a modern corner kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and fridge/freezer.

Just 3 minutes from the beach, the apartment is in the lively heart of Menton. It is very close to the pedestrian area which is packed with shops and restaurants. Guests will be able to fully enjoy this vibrant resort. Menton has been a popular holiday destination for over a century, and with good reason. It is known for its temperate climate, exotic gardens, beautiful beaches and the Medieval Old Town.

All the amenities that guests will need are within a 5-minute walk of the apartment; restaurants, bars, supermarket (3 minutes) and bakery. For the best local produce, head to the covered market, Le Marché des Halles, on Quai de Monleon (7-minute walk). Every day of the week you can find the finest regional food including cheese, fish, charcuterie etc.

The apartment is less than a 10-minute walk from the Old Town with its narrow, cobbled streets and historic architecture. The Baroque Basilica of St Michel towers over the buildings which slope down to the Old Port (13-minute walk). Here you will find some of the world’s most expensive yachts.

Nice airport is just 40 minutes away. Alternatively, Menton railway station is an 8-minute walk. From here guests can explore the length of the Côte d’Azur.
