Peacefully located in the countryside, outside the medieval town of Oria, this rustic, white-washed villa has been built in typical Apulian style with an exposed-stone star vaulted ceiling, giving the property a unique, characterful charm.

The villa is surrounded by a large, enclosed garden (perfect for pets) with various fruit and ancient olive trees, and is arranged in two blocks, each with its own entrance. The first block accommodates the living room fitted with a beautiful fireplace, a dining table and a double sofa bed. There is also a kitchen equipped with a cooker hob, an oven, a Mokka coffee machine and a fridge freezer. The second block also enjoys a small kitchen complete with a cooker hob, a sink, a microwave and a dining table with four chairs.

Outside there is also a BBQ and guests can enjoy alfresco meals in the dining area positioned under a leafy gazebo.

Bedrooms 1 & 2: The first and second bedrooms both enjoy access to a terrace and are furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe

Bedroom 3: The third (ensuite) bedroom also has access to the terrace and is furnished with two single beds and a wardrobe

The property is strategically located in the heart of the Apulian countryside, a 7-minute drive from the center of the medieval town of Oria and a number of other historical towns including; the ancient town of Francavilla Fontana (a 15-minute drive), the picturesque town of Grottaglie (a 20-minute drive) known for its traditional ceramics production and the charming old town of San Michele Salentino (a 20-minute drive).

For those in search of the sea, the beautiful sandy beaches of Campomarino (a 40-minute drive), Torre Colimena (a 36-minute drive) and San Pietro in Bevagna (a 30-minute drive) are all well worth a visit.

Other popular excursions in the area include; the historic Port of Brindisi (a 24-minute drive) a major transportation hub, particularly for ferry connections to Greece, Lecce (a 48-minute drive away) often referred to as the "Florence of the South" and the UNESCO World Heritage site of Alberobello renowned for its Trulli (a one-hour drive away)
