Kitchenette (dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with air conditioning. Shower/WC. Upper floor: gallery with sloping ceilings with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Sep. WC. Terrace 7 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.
