The villa is enclosed within a private property secured by an automatic gate. The lush gardens feature olive, cypress, lemon, and orange trees, providing a tranquil backdrop. A spacious veranda furnished with a table and chairs offers an ideal space for relaxing meals or lounging. The highlight is a stunning rectangular swimming pool (10.5 x 5 meters) with Roman steps, set in a panoramic position just a few meters from the house.
