Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm). 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 x 2 bunk beds. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Shower/WC. Electric heating, wood heating. Patio 30 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Beautiful view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). In the district of Rodas, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 100 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. Private: garden 70 m2, meadow. Barbecue. In the house: central heating system. Steep, narrow motor access to the house, except in winter 50 m (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at 50 m communal covered parking at 50 m. Grocery 3 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 1.9 km, bus stop "Parsonz" 2 km, indoor swimming pool 7 km, bathing lake 7 km.
