Ground floor: small living room with access to the pergola-covered veranda furnished for outdoor dining, kitchen (cooktop, oven, freezer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster), double bedroom (bed dimensions: 160 x 200 cm) with a private bathroom with shower.

Annex 2 (sleeps 8)
Ground floor: double bedroom (bed dimensions: 180 x 200 cm) with a private bathroom with shower with veranda access, double bedroom (bed dimensions: 160 x 200 cm), bathroom with shower.
First floor: double bedroom with access to a terrace with pergola, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower.

All of the rooms have air conditioning and screens.

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.

Departure between 08:00 and 10:00

Pool open from 15 March to 15 November
