The Interiors
The villa is spread over two floors, connected by an internal stone staircase.
Ground Floor: The main entrance opens under the portico and leads into an open-plan living room with large windows. This area includes the dining room with a fireplace (also connected to the portico) and the kitchen with a French window leading to the side garden and gazebo. A small hallway off the dining room leads to:
One twin bedroom (joinable beds).
One double bedroom (divisible bed).
Two bathrooms with shower.
First Floor: Accessed via a staircase from the dining room, the first floor is composed of:
One double bedroom with a small balcony facing the countryside.
An ensuite bathroom featuring a whirlpool tub and shower.

The property boasts a 1600 sq m, completely enclosed garden (fenced by 1.80 m high wire mesh).
