Ground floor: entrance and bright living area made up of a kitchen (oven, freezer, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, espresso coffee maker, toaster, tv) with dining area, double bedroom, bathroom with bathtub.
Lower floor: bright, welcoming bedroom with a double bed, single sofa bed and private bathroom with shower (with dehumidifier, without window). Though this bedroom is on the lower floor, it has a lot of light and air thanks to a small internal courtyard (no access to the garden or outdoor spaces).
There is air conditioning in all rooms.

First floor (accessible only from the outside, and not connected to the rest of the villa on the inside): terrace with panoramic views and outdoor hot tub (3 x 2,5 meters; minimum depth 0,20 meters; maximum depth 0,80 meters; heatable up to about 30-33°C).
