"Corso Roma 15 - Vacanze" is perfectly located, just 170 meters from Levanto beach; it is ideal for a relaxing holiday by the sea.
Shops, bars, ice cream parlors, restaurants are within walking distance.
Excellent for large families, even with children, and for small groups of friends of up to 6 people.
Levanto is also the ideal starting point for exploring the Cinque Terre, by boat, on the paths or by train.
The station is 650 meters away and can be easily reached on foot in 8 minutes.

Important notes:
- Check-in time: after 4:00 PM; Check-out time: before 10:00 AM. This schedule is necessary to allow the cleaning service to clean and re-book the apartment.
- Upon check-in, all guests, including children, must present a valid ID. This is necessary to communicate and register guests with the authorities, as required by Italian law.
- Upon check-in, guests must pay a tax of €1.50 per person per day, only for the first 3 days and only for guests over 14 years old. If possible, please prepare the correct amount in advance. Thank you.

Communication between guest and host is necessary; we always do our best to provide a good service, but to do so, some information is needed before your arrival.
If you wish to find the beds already made, please contact us a few days before your arrival with the necessary information about the bed configuration you prefer. Otherwise, we will not be able to prepare them in advance.

Tourist information:
Levanto is the perfect starting point for visiting the Cinque Terre, by train, by boat and by foot.
The town is a traditional Ligurian seaside village with its typical beaches, surroundings, inland and sightseeing.
It is a slow town where the quality of life and food is high, making it an ideal place for families.
Its sandy beaches, perfect for enjoying a holiday, are easy to reach on foot.
Some of these are free and others are well-equipped establishments.
Don't miss the seaside bike path with its breathtaking views, which stretches along the old railway line and connects Levanto with the nearby towns of Bonassola and Framura.

The most important thing about this apartment is that it is very spacious: 110 square meters. It comfortably accommodates large families or groups of friends of up to 6 people.

It has a small private garden with lawn, lemon trees, barbecue, table and chairs, sun loungers. Pets are welcome by arrangement.
"Corso Roma 15 - Vacanze" has three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds. It has only one bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
