Green Hills 13 is a lovely property with a total of 14 separate apartments that is conveniently located 6 km (3 mi) from Lucca, Italy and only 20 km (12 mi) from Viareggio. Green Hills 13, among other amenities, includes also WiFi internet, air conditioning and shared pool.

Beta 5 (35sq m) is a one-bedroom unit with one bathroom that is built on one level and can sleep up to two people. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).

Dining with friends and family is a big part of the Tuscan culture. Take advantage of the kitchen to prepare meals using local produce while on your holiday. The kitchen includes coffee machine, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to two people. If you prefer to dine 'al fresco', there is a fully furnished garden where you can enjoy the weather while dining outdoors.
