Entrance hall; large beautifully furnished living room with fireplace and french windows opening onto the terrace and garden;
covered dining terrace; dining room also opening to terrace; kitchen. In a separate wing, sitting room and, accessible through a staircase, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower).

First Floor:
2 double bedrooms with 4- poster beds and en-suite bathroom (bathtub); sitting room with TV, fireplace and sofa-bed; twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bathtub). Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bathtub).

Separate outbuilding with laundry.

Extra Accommodation (Guest House)
3 additional bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom, are available upon request for an additional fee.

Arrival time is on Saturday between 4 pm and 7 pm (after 8 pm a fee of € 50 is required and after 10 pm the fee is € 100. Any late arrival has to be agreed in advance).

TOURIST TAX
Tourist tax is applied in most Italian municipalities. This tax is by law to be fully paid by the holidaymakers. The amount varies from municipality to municipality and it must be paid upon arrival directly to the caretaker /owner. Unfortunately, the amount may be subject to change even after the booking is confirmed.
