It is one of the neighbourhoods with personality and charm, with small pedestrian areas and squares surrounded by small bars and cafés. The flat is centrally located, but away from the crowds. The flat is situated on the third floor of a four-storey building with lift and can accommodate up to four people. The flat was last renovated and modernized in December 2014.
