The interior is cleverly divided and offers a 180 cm x 200 cm double bed as well as a pull-out sofa bed, which serves as an additional sleeping option. You will be entertained by the flat-screen TV with cable TV and DVD player, which is positioned on a sideboard right next to the bed. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a ceramic hob, microwave with baking function, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster. The adjoining bathroom has a shower, wash hand basin and WC.

Outside, a sunny balcony with a direct view of the water and the green surroundings invites you to linger. Equipped with a small balcony table and three armchairs, this is the ideal place to watch the most marvellous sunsets and enjoy the hustle and bustle of the yachts sailing past with a glass of sparkling wine or a cold beer.
