Cascina del Poeta is located in the Recanati countryside, from which it is only 2.5 KM away, and between Loreto and Castelfidardo. A few kilometres from the Conero Riviera and Porto Recanati, the Cascina del Poeta is easily reached from the motorway and the Ancona-Falconara airport. It can also be reached by train from Loreto station, 7 km away.

Cascina del Poeta is divided into four flats and an annexe. Each flat consists of a double bedroom, bathroom, living room with kitchenette. In the bedroom there is also a single bed and in the living room a double sofa bed.

The farmhouse has a garden of about 4000mq with internal parking. The property is all fenced and isolated by a high hedge. Inside the garden there are relaxation areas with a swing, a paved communal area covered by a pergola. For guests there is a barbecue, sun loungers, tables for outdoor dining and an aviary with pheasants. Cascina del Poeta has an in-ground swimming pool with salt water.

Cascina del Poeta is an oasis of tranquillity and relaxation, suitable for families with children. The location is excellent because it is close to the town of Recanati and the sea of the Riviera del Conero. Excursions to the 'Due Sorelle' and the 'Grotte di Frasassi' can be booked, bikes can be hired, and dancing courses can be enrolled.

La Cascina del Poeta has an excellent position for reaching the towns of Recanati, Porto Recanati, Numana, Sirolo, Porto Novo and the Conero beach. A 10-minute drive away is the Marian Sanctuary of Loreto, the home of the poet Giacomo Leopardi and the tenor Beniamino Gigli.
